When our firm was founded in 2003, we primarily focused on business law and commercial real estate. As our firm has grown, we have expanded our service offerings and earned recognition for our work in estate planning, probate and trust administration, community associations, and litigation. Our business law practice now assists clients with all aspects of the business life cycle, from the start-up process, through the growth phase, and culminating with succession planning including possible sale.
In 2024, our firm was re-named Hamelburg Law in recognition of Managing Member Jamie Kent Hamelburg’s long-standing leadership within the firm and commitment to the legal and business communities in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. Our team of attorneys continues our long-standing tradition of providing sophisticated and cost-effective solutions to meet the individual needs of our clients.
